This core as you would expect will help The Road Warrior in providing a predictable shape at the end of the pattern. As A.I. core technology has been previously tested that means a few extra percentage points of carry can be anticipated. For my review I compared the Road Warrior to The Road. For me, the Road Warrior cover/core combination is much better than The Road. Although The Road for me worked well at times, the stronger REX coverstock tended to burn up energy and I would leave a few too many single pins. The Road Warrior using R2S Deep is a pleasant add to this ball. If you recall, the Absolute Power has an R2S Deep base as well. The Road Warrior bonus is that it is finished with Power Edge compared to Reacta Gloss. On The Road the Reacta Gloss had to be scuffed off a bit or the ball would tend to hit a touch weak. The Road Warrior during its initial testing is a world of difference in terms of great balance in length and continuation. I am pleasantly surprised how the OOB finish looks on the Road Warrior and will test even further before changing the surface. The Road Warrior will fit well for your medium type THS patterns. I recommend if you have/had The Road or a Night Road you'll be fine refreshing your arsenal with a Road Warrior. SPI has really upgraded the middle of the arsenal with the Road Warrior.
