Can't believe my eyes
I actually had to hit the surface of this ball with a 3000 pad to take the shine off. It was too responsive to friction. That said, this is still a skid-flip BEAST of a ball. I'm super impressed with how far left I can stand and watch this thing peel around the corner. Even with a lightly sanded cover, it's still clean enough to glide through the front of the lane with ease and make a big sweeping motion downlane. LOVE IT!

DV8 Hater Pearl
If you're a bowler with low revs looking for a ball that delivers length and a powerful backend reaction, the DV8 Hater Pearl might just be your new favorite. From the first roll, this asymmetrical pearl ball showed its true colors - gliding effortlessly down the lane before making a sharp, aggressive hook into the pocket. As a right-handed bowler I found myself standing five boards farther left than I typically do with any other ball in my arsenal, which speaks volumes about its angular motion and lane coverage. That said, this ball demands precision. If I didn’t get it out to the right, the hook became a bit unpredictable. But once I trusted the ball to slide out wide, it came roaring back with unmistakable power - and I couldn’t miss. The pin carry was phenomenal, with a strong, satisfying impact that made every strike feel earned. Bottom line: If you’re in the market for a ball that rolls long, hooks hard, and hits like a truck, the DV8 Hater Pearl is absolutely worth a look.

Hater Pearl
DV8’s Hater Pearl is a great addition to the Hater line.. Box finish is 500-1000-1500 with Factory Compound. I drilled mine 35x4 5/8 x55. For me this does not become a skip flip ball. I threw it out the box and the ball just would not go through the rack enough, so I hit with a used 1500 pad knocking the compound.. doing this I got the reaction I was looking for. Hater Pearl
The Hater Pearl is a strong asymmetric pearl. Clean cover, mid lane read from the core, and plenty of continuation. For those that like shelf appeal and like to see plenty of backend, this ball is a great choice.
