Obsession Tour was one of the most unique releases over the last few seasons; the asymmetric core with a low RG and low Differential offers bowlers a shape they have not seen before. The Obsession Tour is always in our pro’s bags, and the ball still wins tournaments. The Envy Tour was developed to add a stronger and more responsive cover to the Obsession Tour core, creating that same unique shape, just more of it. Bowlers will love the solid black color and the dark purple logos that don’t show as the ball travels down the lane, and the extra mid-lane and recovery will make this a popular ball for everyone.

    Obsession Tour on steroids!

Posted by Marissa Allison on May 16th 2023

The Envy Tour is an Obsession Tour on steroids! If you liked the Obsession Tour, you’re going to love this one. You have to give it a couple of games to get some lane shine on it in order to tame it down a little. This ball is very versatile for all patterns. I can use it on longer patterns to play straighter and be able to control the pocket. But I also love using it on shorter patterns, hitting it with 1000 grit to burn up the fronts and still have a nice continuous, not too aggressive motion. This has quickly become one of my favorite GO TO’s out on tour.

    Hammer Envy Tour

As a big fan of the Obsession Tour, this new piece became an instant favorite! While the Envy was pretty aggressive on the lane, the Envy Tour gives that much smoother roll that we've come to expect from Tour releases. For me, the Envy Tour is slightly earlier than the Obsession Tour and a bit stronger down lane and soooooo versatile. Do not miss out on this ball!!

    Strong and Controllable

The Envy Tour is quickly becoming another favorite, that Hammer has released. Just like the Obsession Tour, the Envy Tour is a step up, in a very good way. The Envy Tour is a bit earlier and stronger off the spot. But, still controllable with plenty of energy and continuation.

    Smooth motion with more

Posted by Eric A. on Feb 24th 2023

I really like my Obsession Tour. The Envy Tour gives me the same motion, but more of it. The little extra turns a would be flat 10 into a strike. But there is not over jump off the spot. A very controllable reaction exactly what you would expect from a “Tour” version. I have had a good look on both house shots and PBA patterns. Being a tweener, I was very impressed on how well the Envy Tour worked when I had to play way left. I was not expecting it to go through the pins as well as it did. It gives me a different motion that anything other ball I have.

    Envy Tour

The obession tour just got earlier. Smooth early continuous motion at its finest. This thing will show up to strike on the tougher patterns.

The obsession tour was an extremely popular ball last year because of its control characteristics. I wasn’t sure how using that core with the strongest cover hammer has would work out. Turns out they nailed it! Same smooth, controlled motion with a defined hook at the end of the pattern. This ball has already seen a lot of love on tour and I imagine it will be a fan favorite for both league and tournament bowlers. Oh and of course it’s a solid black ball so you know it’s gonna strike more.
