The brutal collision was the first installment of the hk22 base cover in a solid ball. The collision was in my top 3 releases last year so I was excited when I heard about this release. This solid version does read the lane a good bit earlier than the collision but it bounces off the friction just as hard. The best part of the hk22 base is it’s ability to recover on the inside misses and not lose its energy through the pins.
