Aero quickly became a ball that gained some attention for its performance. It’s great looking but not flashy and is a ball that just does the right thing and strikes a lot. The Aero Dynamix was created as the perfect complement to the Aero. The addition of pearl and compound to GSV-X and the Aero Core makes the Aero Dynamix great on medium to heavier conditions when you can still use some length and a sharper backend.

GSV-X Hybrid Coverstock

Aero Core - The Aero core features the game changing, "Drill Anywhere" DOT technology along with the proven DynamiCore technology which gives more power at impact.

It was nice to see a hybrid release come out after the solid because it changes things up. This ball has great color scheme to it and the performance is very good too. This hybrid is the best of both worlds for control and recovery. It does have a stronger hook potential down lane than I expected and it can still finish when playing in the oil on those longer patterns too. Don’t be afraid to take the shine off either if you are looking for a little more hook, but please try the out of box surface first before changing it.

    Aero Dynamix

The Aero Dynamix by Ebonite is the perfect compliment to the original Aero. Drilled pin up, I hit the Dynamix with a 1000 pad and polished it. The length is similar to what you will see OOB, but breaking the surface and adding polish, it has immediately became the sharpest ball in my bag. When the original Aero starts to stand up a little and leaving those pesky 10 pins, on a house shot I would move a couple boards left( right handed) and let the Dynamix backend power go to work. I’ve also found this ball useful in tournaments play on a variety of patterns. When it comes to sport conditions, it’s not my first ball out of my bag, but the minute I feel the need to open up my angles, it’s the ball I immediately grab.

    Aero Dynamix

I was impressed with the response when the Aero Dynamix hit the friction. A nice compliment to the Aero Solid. The Solid is much earlier and better on the fresh on heavier patterns, the Dynamix is best on medium oil and when the lanes start to open up. The Aero Dynamix get down the lane quite a bit further but when it sees the friction it makes a sharp, predictable turn. Great on THS and medium oil patterns. Get yours today.

The Aero Dynamix is cleaner through the front part of the lane and creates a quicker transition than the original Aero. What I like most is that it still makes a predictable shape off the end of the pattern. Shelf appeal is absolutely amazing and looks awesome going down the lane.

The Aero Dynamix featuring DOT and DynamiCore technology is a hybrid version, to the Aero Solid. The Aero Dynamix gives you more length and more backend motion than the solid version. Same hitting power. Keep it simple!

    Ebonite Aero Dynamix

I don't want to review this ball against the original Aero as I had put a special layout on that one for a specific condition. With the Aero Dynamix I went with a more classic layout, pin up, 5" pin and the locator close to the thumb. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this ball performed. I threw it side by side with a couple of other asymmetric pearls and this was the best performer for me. It didn't over-skid in the oil. It didn't overreact off the friction but it hit very hard. It continued through the pin deck very well. This one took me by surprise. I think this will be a good ball on a variety of conditions. It's a keeper.
